Dr. Scott Tuomi is Professor of Music and director of Choral and Vocal Activities at Pacific University in Forest Grove where he also serves as chair of the music department. He has been a featured tenor soloist throughout the United States with various choral groups, orchestras, opera companies and also as a recitalist and recording artist. Now entering his thirty first year at Pacific, Scott has conducted the Pacific University Chamber Singers in concert tours both nationally and internationally. He is also an established vocal teacher and frequently serves as a clinician, educator and adjudicator for both choral and solo vocal music throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Bill Campbell is the choir director at Lakeridge High School in Lake Oswego, Oregon, where he directs the school’s six choral ensembles. He earned a Bachelor of Music degree from The University of Arizona and a Master of Arts degree from Oregon State University. His career in includes teaching at both the middle and high school levels. Prior to his time in Lake Oswego, he taught at Crescent Valley High and Cheldelin Middle Schools in Corvallis, and Molasky Junior High School in Las Vegas.

Howard Meharg built and maintains websites the northwest division of ACDA, as well as for Oregon. While retired from full-time choral work in the schools in 1996, he has remained active as a conductor…working until a few years ago as choir director at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Longview, and as the founder and director of Chor Anno, a 30-voice professional-level choir made up of NW choral directors.
